Founded in 2026, Urban Dip was an idea that we brought to life. Having lived in Leeds for 7 years but needing to leave the city to experience contrast therapy, we believed it was time to bring the benefits to the people of Leeds.

Who?

We believe everyone can benefit from contrast therapy. Our members are office workers looking for a space to let off the work load before returning home, athletes who require improved recovery and friends who want to do something different together that supports their wellbeing.

Why?

We don't care which boxes you fall into, we care about you having a quality contrast therapy session and finding peace during that sacred 1 hour slot. Urban Dip offers a serene escape in the heart of the city.
